These product terms summarize the intended v2 operating boundaries. Formal contract terms can replace this page when Beatlyze moves beyond founder-led self-serve.

Acceptable use
Use Beatlyze only with audio you are allowed to process. Do not upload illegal content, attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse webhooks, attack the runtime, or use the service to infer private information about third parties.
Analysis claims
Beatlyze provides local technical audio analysis through SonicCore. Duration, sample peak, loudness, RMS-style summaries, spectral descriptors, and deterministic DSP evidence are the strongest local claims.
- Tempo, time signature, key, and section boundaries are best-effort descriptors.
- Section output is boundary evidence, not semantic verse, chorus, or drop labeling.
- Provider-backed catalog, mood, genre, and recognition claims are gated until explicitly enabled.
Billing and availability
Starter checkout and billing portal sessions are handled by Stripe. Beatlyze may change limits, plan names, and pricing as the v2 product matures, while preserving already-issued account state where practical.
